How do I receive my images?
After your shoot, we upload images to a private online gallery. Then we email you a link to your private gallery along with your access code.
You can download all of your images in high resolution directly from this gallery. We also other delivery options as well (CD, .zip File, Flash Drive), please ask!
How long is a photo session?
We have several options for photo sessions depending on your needs. We have packages for 20, 30, and 60 minute sessions. We also offer sessions at an hourly rate where you can book as much time as you need.
How many images do I get?
We provide an unlimited amount of photos taken within the timeframe of your shoot. The amount of photos will vary based on the length of your session, but we do not limit the amount of photos you recieve.
Do I have copyright privileges to my images?
Yes. You have full copyright privileges to all images including retouched images. You can print, publish, email your images, or share them on social media or anywhere on the web.
Retouching
What is included in retouching?
All individual packages include retouching of at least one image. Retouching can be added to any image.
Standard retouching includes the following:

☛ Reduce wrinkles
☛ Remove stray hairs
☛ Reduce face shine
☛ Slenderize face / neck
☛ Whiten teeth
☛ Brighten eyes
We can also perform specific retouching requests. Just ask!
We understand that retouching often goes too far, and we strive not to do that. We want you to look your best – we don’t want to make you look like someone you are not.

Green Screen photography
We photograph a subject on a green background. This background can be removed and the subject can be placed on another image or background. We offer green-screen photography for individual headshots and group photos.
What areas do you serve / how far will you travel?
We serve both Carolinas and beyond. We are based in Charlotte, but we often work in Raleigh, Atlanta, Greenville, Asheville, Greensboro, etc. We will travel almost anywhere in the South East for a job – just ask!
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. When available, we can offer rush services for an additional fee. In some cases we can offer instant delivery of digital images.
Do you work nights/weekends/holidays?
Yes. When available, we will work nights, weekends, or holidays for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
How do I download my images?
Simply click the free download button to begin your download.
In thumbnail / gallery view, the download button is a blue button with a down-arrow icon. This button is located directly below your image.

When you click to enlarge an image, this button is located directly above your image in the image view, and says “Free Download.”

Click this button, and your download will begin.
If you do not see either of these buttons, then download has not been enabled for your gallery. If download is not enabled – and it is supposed to be, please contact us, and we will get this straightened out for you.
How do I order retouches?
Some packages include retouches, others do not.
> If your package includes retouching, simply email us the numbers of the images you want retouched. If you have any specific retouching instructions, please include them.
The image number is located directly below the image in gallery view and in the upper-lefthand corner of your screen in image view. The image is typically named Lem_Lynch_<number>. The number after the text is all we need.

> If your package does NOT include retouching, you can easily order a retouch through our online ordering system in two simple steps:
Step 1) Click the image you want retouched, then click the “Retouching for Digital Delivery” button in the standard prints menu. Add any instructions.
Step 2) Click the check out button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase your retouch.
That’s it! Retouched images are placed back in your gallery once they are complete, and you are alerted by email. Retouched images can be downloaded directly from your gallery.
Alternatively, you can email us the image number and your instructions, and we will invoice you.
